Willy McCoy Wrench Fetcher W Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 72 W Tennessee	The last 283 I ran, after I got tired of messing with the old canister filter, I put on a spin on filter adapter. It required the use of a standard "Brand F" V-8 filter. I believe I got the adapter at NAPA.
