Thanks Denny but I did all of that stuff when I had it apart. The balancer was sleeved, the timing cover has a new gasket and a new seal where the balancer rides, an a new oil pan gasket was installed. I even re-tighten the bolts and the leak is still there. It is driving me crazy!!! Any suggestions?? I did use the original srews in the timing cover. I was thinking about getting bolts because I figured they would torque better but didn't. Think that may be the issue?
