#56489 02/15/2006 3:56 AM | Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 75 Member | | Member Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 75 | The other problem that you may have is that the v8 weight less then the 230 six and the front may raise up to high. also like 64fleetside said use the six engine mounts just take off the extra peice on top of the mounts that bolts to the six and they bolt right up to the 8. if it has the little bitty rad. like the 18x18 size you willl need the bigger rad. they do sell a replacement rad for this truck at most rad shop are part stores and in the part truck catlogs.
