| | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 187 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 187 | I ran a 55 car rear in a 53 GMC.I had to change the transmission too.I made a bracket to recenter the rear,but I think you can turn the springs around to recenter.(The torque tube alinement pin is not in the center of the axle).
