Thanks for all the advice! I was wondering about the venting myself from a previous experience with a '96 Sonoma. All the crud we've seen in the glass bowl is a good clue, too. I'll clean out the lines, and do my best to clean the tank - probably look at getting it done professionally, or replacing it. Haven't ordered a new part in a week or so - showing signs of withdrawals...
