Need some advice guys, please.
I'm restoring a 49 GMC, and need to refurb my gauges. I've got the odometer out, and remembered I had a New Old Stock replacement odometer "wheel set" filed away from a previous restoration that was not used. The "wheel set" is new, but someone has turned a few of the wheels playing with it. In other words, the numbers are not lined up to read "000000". Can anyone tell me how to set these back? It reminds me of a rubics cube!!!
