| | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 829 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 829 | I recently learned about the high toxicity of cadmium dust.(as little as 1 part per Billion) I also understand that it was commonly used as rust proofing on parts,fasteners, etc. during WWII. The problem comes when someone wire wheels one of these items and inhales the dust. Are there any specific years/parts/tools(in tool kits) that we should take extra precautions with while restoring? | | |
