Get the steering on center & remove the 4 bolts on top. Pull the cover & sector shaft out. The pitman arm must be off. Then you can put in the lower seals. Remove the lock ring on top & unscrew the adjuster plug holding the shaft down so it wont come up. Then replace the seals in the adjuter plug. When installing the adjuster plug teighten it down all the way & back it up just a little.Their should be no play in the shaft.
