We've got this silly carburetor sitting here, trying to figure out the accelerator pump. It seems to do nothing, so I'm hoping someone knows of a manual, or just what is going on here.

(sorry I didn't get a picture of that.. I will try tomorrow) It's hollow underneath the piece of metal it is attached to. There is no piston whatsoever, the whole rig there seems to do nothing but act as an emergency throttle return. Is there supposed to be a little rubber piece or something that we are missing? Hopefully someone can help a bit, because I'm clueless on the matter.
