Places like Summit sell sensors, bungs to weld in your exhaust pipe to screw it into, & dash gauges for a readout calibrated for their output. Also, some sensers are 'wide band' type & enable you to see more closely what the mixture is. Most of the tuning will be done within about a 0.1 Volt range so this is helpful.
