Search for Eaton 4.10 in the archives - that should give you more information than you need.
truckernix - that ratio was most common behind automatics, but there were some stick-shift trucks with the 4.10 pumpkins.
Additionally, the 1970 BB 3/4-ton trucks used that axle with a 3.90 gearset, but good luck finding one...
