Ok that makes sense Bill. I was thinking the carpet would go under the seat all the way to the back wall and the seat would be bolted down over the carpet. So sounds like I will have to order more carpet if I want the under seat area covered too. I have put dowe some of the "Second Skin" foil backed rubber and was hoping the Carpet would be the final layer of sound insulation. Thanks for all the replies and if you think of anything else I need to know just add on to this chat.
