Wow, that's crazy! Here in Mass., once a vehicle reaches 25 years old, it becomes qualified for Antique plates , restored or not. there are limitations though. They only want you using them on sundays, or if it is a weekday, its only to a repair shop or to an event. basicly it's not for daily transportation.
