The main reason I'm considering Borgeson is... ease of availability.
I appreciate the alternative donor/junkyard approach.

The problem is the FLAPS guys here get easily confused if it ain't British!

I could get them direct from the States but with the $$ rate,shipping,import tax and V.A.T. it's not cost effective.Plus it's about time I supported a UK based seller!

The Brit vendor here only does the stainless steel parts,so I was going to bite the bullet and go for it. So rust shouldn't be an issue.
I originally planned to use the mild steel versions,but to be honest the cost difference isn't huge.
I was just looking for input from you folks......

Plus it's my birthday soon! Eh Honey......you know how i'm needing steering parts........ grin
