there are two cap head bolts below the clutch pedal on the floorboard. (if you put new floor pans in you should have seen them) anyway these two cap head hold one end of the tube that is attached to the ebrake arm under the floor. the other end of the tube that has the rod which goes towards the rear to the cross-arm bar to pull both rear ebrake cables. once you undo the two capheads & the small 5/16'' brake rod the tube should then be able to be removed.
