on a 57 clutch heads were used on the 2 screws in the door that hold the bottom of the division bar [round head], the trans floor cover [flathead countersunk] and the stepside fenders [round head] ... all others are phillips, including the cowl vent cover, inner air vents and seal at rear of hood on cowl, shifter on column, dash trim strip inside windshield, glovebox - steering column clamp is bolts

the asembly manual should show exactly where, how many, and size of every nut and bolt, may not indicate if clutch or phillips
