| | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 | Not a GMC man but if it's all stock and the same as a Chevy of the same size I'd say your doin' pretty good to pull 40 mph out of it. These were not very powerful engines so gearing is the only way to they could get them to haul the loads they were required to do. If it's the look that your after and performance then your going to have to do a bunch of upgrading.
