Hy Perry Dean, If as Grigg says it is in good shape then it should be reuseable, I see a small angle grinder in one picture, with a wire wheel on it, that's the right idea, clean the heck out of it with that thing, then inspect the heck out of it for cracks, bruises, burrs, missing chuncks, etc. and if the ring and the wheel gutter are undamaged, you should be okay to reuse, keep us updated with your progress please.
