There should be a rod going from on that spring to the carb, and the cover is missing... I'm trying to remember what else to look for. It has been a while since I dealt with one. I think I may even have the whole setup for the thermostatic choke. If you can give me a few days I will look around and see what I can scrounge up, but I think I have all the parts around here.
Edited to add.... If I have all the parts then you can have 'em if you want them. I'll let you know what I find.
