Beltfed,
Horn is wired as original for '41 trucks, with no relay. New Harness from Rhode Island Wiring.
Would believe it's an amperage hound - hadn't thought to measure it, though. I'll throw the inductive amp guage on it for grins.
Still, unless mine is drawing more than it should, it seems it wouldn't have done this from the factory . . .
