plan on using it for licensed commercial hauling? a 4100 is only a 1.5T, maybe 10,000GVW, can't imagine you'll be hauling loads of rock from the quarry
it's much more common to find a 50's truck with a wood deck and sides, steel's too heavy and there'd be few jobs that'd need it - the stake deck that the factory made was all wood with a metal band around the edge of the deck and some metal corner hardware - do what you know will do the job it's for .... good 2" stock makes a pretty bulletproof deck for these ol rigs
