Guys I'm new to the stovebolt forum. In fact this is my wifes truck we are talking about. It came with a seized 261 and I've picked up a running 235. Is there much difference that I'm going to run into, making the swap?? The truck is a 5 window 54 with the 261 and the 235 engine came from a 46 dump truck. Any help would be appreciated. Fred
