Hello fellow stovebolters, on my 1950 3100
my fender to fender width, (ie; between the fenders where the grill assembly goes), seems like it is about 1 inch wider than my grill to fender mounting width. It looks like it is right around 48". I am assemling the frontend sheetmetal from scratch. Hood to cowl and hood to fender gaps seem good. Where did I go wrong? I havn't tried it but it seems like if I pull the fenders in that much I will screw everything else up.
Any suggetions?
Thanks for any help.
Roger
