I saw the help you offered to olbe97...you seem to know what you are doing. All the ingredients are there to run, you can see that. I would think they just aren't' happening when needed! Did you or your friend determine TDC...it sounds like it's 180 out. You know what it takes to get it running, you have them listed in your post. One of those things is missing..check again! Good luck.
