on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 25 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 25 | I am contemplating what to do with the cruddy fuel tank on my 48 3/4ton truck. I don't want to spend more than about $250. I was planning on getting it cleaned and sealed at a radiator shop, since it is in decent overall condition. However, I got to thinking.... Does anyone make a poly tank that will bolt into the stock location? (under the bed on the 48) I do need a new sending unit as well, and was wondering if it would be better to have the fuel pickup outlet at the top in the sending unit versus at the bottom of the tank. Any thoughts are appreciated. F48
I can't drive 55... no really, I can't!
