| | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 61 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 61 | If your tank is very stong rosted, you should remove it mechanically before. E.g. with cullets inside fixed the tank on a cement mixer.
I also used the Por15 set in combination with Marine-Clean and Metal-Ready. It is very important to degrease the tank completely. Afterwards Metal-Ready dissolves the rost. Not before your tank is free of grease and dry, Por15 works very well. You can even repair little wholes in your tank if you put cloth over it.
