Can you drive the oil pump with an electric drill in order to do some testing? There is a little plate on the driver's side of the block called the oil distributor valve. Take the plate off and see if there is a problem with the valve. If the spring failed you would probably never get the oil pressure to build up. Since you changed the oil pump it can't be the relief valve in the pump. | | |
