I'm afraid you'll need to do some fabricating when you get the bar Denny. Your frame is a bit wider than the 1/2 ton and that's what cpp will send you. You can check my pics out for how I did mine.
Another thought: why be concerned with bending the bar; just buy one that was made for the width of your frame. You might have some tweaking but seems to me that would be easier than bending.
