atomarc 'Bolter A Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 5,708 Eureka, CA	Possum, The bolt spacing for a 216 carburetor is 2 11/16". A manifold intended for a 235 will have a larger spacing...2 15/16". This is the center-to-center distance of the carburetor hold down bolts. Stuart
