Hey ladies and gents.
I have a 63 c-10 that was on a farm and used as a farm truck only, no registration or anything here in the state of VA.
Local DMV can't/won't see outside the box and help me out.
Do you folks have any suggestions?? Thanks, I don't wish to go thru the salvaged angle unless I have to.
