If you're worried about being stuck in traffic or driving on really hot days and want some extra cooling capacity, the bigger 3/4-1 ton radiator bolts right in. I THINK mine came from US Radiator, but I'm not positive. It's a couple inches taller, a couple inches wider, and 3 rows. It bolts right into your existing core support.
The only problem you'll then have is the factory fan shroud. There were at least three different shrouds for '60-'62... Only one fits the wider radiator, and it came on Automatic trans equipped trucks, or those with the bigger radiator. If you're handy, and don't want an exactly original shroud, you can pretty easily make your own. I've been driving for a couple years in Georgia summers, with no shroud, a 17-inch 7-blade clutch fan, and the V8 that puts the fan a good 8 inches back from the radiator, and it rarely gets warmer than I'd like, unless it's stopped traffic on a real hot day. I expect the fan shroud will all but solve that problem, too.
