I have a 50 3800 and a 48 thriftmaster. I am having a little trouble figuring out what engines they have in them. The 50 3800 engine has bolts down the center of the valve cover and an oil bath air cleaner. The 48 thriftmaster has 4 bolts holding the valve cover down around its lip. I do not know whether these are the original engines or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
