It depends on what kind of truck you want to have when you are finished. If it will be a show truck, powdercoat it; if it will be a "real pretty" truck, prime and epoxy it. You don't have to worry about rust holes in the chassis. The only rust will be surface rust. If you plan on driving it much it won't be long before all that "nice" look will be gone.
