| | | | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 1,186 | I'd go to these guys and build a metal frame. This way you would have a "factory" style looking bed. Along with that you would have better protection from damage if you bump up against something. After building the frame, just put any well protected type of wood you want into the frame.
