I am inclined to agree with Tramp. I think there are different fenders for stepsides, long bed vs. short bed. My fender does not have the hole for the tire support rod. Which makes me think this fender is for a long bed. Perhaps that is also why the tires appear in a different location relative to the rear fenders?

K10, It is not possible to move the fenders back on a shortbed. From the factory they are already only a little bit away from the rear stake pockets. I checked the wheelbase, it is 115". Bed is 1-1/4" from cab. Frame is correct, I have checked the numbers stamped on it and it does not have any welds where anything has been cut and reworked.

No worries, I ended up buying a 640-15 Firestone tire from Coker. It fits quite nicely with about a 1/2". I have posted some pictures on my webshots link below.
