Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 2,031 | ''keyed'' means that when you turn on the ignition key to start the truck yes you have a foot starter ... but anything else that runs ''off'' that switch after you turn it to a 'run position' would be a place to tap into. do as cletis said and tap off the switch lug. if a run wire goes to a small circuit panel or fused panel that would be a better place to have the choke wired to. be sure to lable or make a diagrahm of your work for furture reference.
some guys don't want a fuse panel and wish their truck 'as stock' as possible. in this modern day where many of our accessories 'run' off something, it's nice to have a way to fuse a radio or wipers or choke.
