chevluvr New Guy C Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 6 Camas, WA	I just bought a NOS Carter YF carb, #3211s. It came in the original box, complete with instructions. They say "DO NOT install a gasket between carburetor & insulator on 1950-62 "235" engines". This seems strange to me. I assume it has something to do with the holes drilled into the carb base, & proper venting of them. I'm just concerned that the carb will leak without a gasket. Any thoughts on this?
