"Back in the day" when these v6's first came out this was a pretty standard swap. Main thing is the bellhousing. I do not remember all the details, but I think the mounts matched, just make sure the pads are the same. Then look at the gas linkage. Used to be really easy, when we went to the yard and scavenged a V8 Chevy to fix up the V6 Jimmy.
