High Lift Rockers for inlines have been around a long time.The
past manufacturers name escapes me at the moment. They are used only on the intake side. There is minimal change, so damage to the valve train is not likely in a mildly performance enhanced motor. I agree with Jerry in that damage is possible in a highly modified motor.
