see the factory assembly manual, electrical section .... there were lots of "cab and chassis" models sold, but the "platform" trucks were the same .... "For drive-away purposes prior to mounting a body, mount the rear lights to the rearmost cross member just outside the frame rails" .... there was a special bracket provided
