I can't find the info on the Air Over Hydraulic Brake (AOHB)system, but did find it on the Hydrovac. The Hydrovac provides 88% of the braking effort while your foot through the pedal produces 12%. I did see that the AOHB has a 36% increase over the Hydrovac, so your giving up a lot of power. I think by eliminating the the booster you will have a hard time stopping the truck even if it is empty.
I'd see how much of the system works before bypassing it...
