The drivers door on this truck is 3/16th narrower than the passenger side. Was from the start. I have heard that since these trucks were essentially hand made that is not an uncommon issue. I measured very carefully before I replaced any sheet metal on the cab. I had to center the door in the hole. I did grind some metal off the door and the jamb but it is very tight.

That is a good thought. I did check the spring measures and they are plumb on each side.
I am not sure wht the issue with that wheel/fender is
