Hy Perry Dean, according to the parts book 60-62 C60 series frame rails have a different part numbers depending on whether a torsion bar suspension, or a leaf spring suspension was used, But neither of those frame rail part numbers are the same as 63 frame rail part numbers of the same C60 model. So I guess the short answer would be, no 62 and 63 C60 series frames, or their components are not the same, hope that helps, and Keep the rubber side down.
