Even if the lifters are "frozen" you should be able to rock the camshaft a small amount. If you can't I would think that the cam is stuck too. If this is the case I would concentrate on freeing the cam first. Since you have the pan off you should be able to shoot the cam bearings with a little penetrating oil. | | |
