It should have came with a 235ci according to my records. I have the original 1947 truck manual for mine and it says that the 2 tons had 235. These 235's had poured rod bearings and were dip lubricated, and from what I've heard tend to have blown up long ago and replaced with newer pressure lubricated engines.
So I can bet what you have is not the original engine.

One way to tell if a swap occurred is if your radiator has been moved forward you have a different engine.
