Bent wheel, belt separation in the tire, or perhaps a wheel weight got knocked off when you hit the pothole. Could also be loose lug nuts. I would suggest a trip to the tire shop to have the wheels/tires checked out. don't let them try to sell you an alignment, alignment will not cause a vibration.
