Thanks to chev235 I finally saw the (pictures)light. Apologies to all. :o
This fuss wasn't about the shifter, but about reconfiguring the transmission extension housing to accept the torque tube arrangement using marginal instructions. Is this right or am I still out in left field. :confused:
