I had my fresh air heater core re-cored by Indianapolis Radiator. They were very pleasant to deal with and did the job well for a reasonable price. I believe they ordered the replacement core from a supplier in Maine. Anyways, look them up in the on-line yellow pages and see if you can send your heater core to them... I recommend them highly.
