Rattletrap 52 Wrench Fetcher R Joined: May 2004 Posts: 351 Southern Cal	I recently purchased the Pertronix conversion kit along w/ their 40K Volt "Flamethrower" coil. But my real question is the mechanical vacuum advance still bolted to the distributor. Is it still needed after the conversion?
