I managed to get a little work done in the garage today. I removed the front axle on my '53 3100 and took it to the machine shop to have the kingpins replaced, then I started taking a look at the leaf springs. I'm glad I dug into the suspension this far because the spring bushings were worn completely through and into the springs themselves, look how badly the pin is worn. It should be driving like a new truck once I get all the new parts put back together!
